Buying or selling through Caldwells
A brief history
Established in 1996 by Julian Caldwell, Jeremy Caldwell and Mark Uren, the Company has grown rapidly, thriving on a mix of imaginative marketing methods, unrivalled service and total commitment to property sales.
Quality sales particulars
One of the most important factors in successfully marketing your home is quite simply the presentation of the details themselves whether paper or electronic, and our eye-catching photography, designs and quality of print has long been the envy of many a local and national agent. Before choosing an agent to sell your home you should study the quality of their details, as well as those from their website and remember that if they are poor, they will do little to promote your home.
Advertising
Our regular mailshots and full page advertising in the Lymington Times, Hampshire Life and other regional media ensure that we keep firmly in touch with our local buyers whilst the internet guarantees instant updates for the more technologically minded that are actively looking for a new home.
The Guild of Professional Estate Agents
In addition to our local marketing, our association with the Guild of Professional Estate Agents also means that we have our details fully available at their prestigious London showroom in Park Lane. The Park Lane Office uses the latest technology, including through-the-glass plasma touch screens, to ensure that our properties are available to the consumer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you live or work in London and are serious about buying almost anywhere in England or Wales, this is the ideal place to start with around seven hundred associated offices.
Portals
Our presence on all the leading home search portals ensures maximum exposure of your home on the internet. These include, Primelocation, Rightmove, Propertyfinder and Property Platform.
Opening times
Open seven days a week, we do all that we possibly can to promote your home and find you a willing and able buyer. For our vendors it is helpful to know that if they wish to speak to a member of staff about any aspect of their sale, they can do so any day of the week, and for our purchasers it is comforting to know that they can always be accompanied on their viewings. Sunday is an important and busy day that will often generate a sale to a buyer from outside the area.
